1. If interested in our product or service, customers can leave a message on our website about the contact information and inquiry. Our sales representatives will give a quick reply within 24 hours to offer service with them.

2. Reasonable quotation will be supplied according to the inquired product of users. We will be greatly appreciated if customers can inform us of the detailed information like minimum order quantity, package and other requirements. Based on the quantity of order, optimal price will be quoted for users. If they have no idea of the quantity yet, favorable discount is available for reference.

3. Our electronic version of the product catalogue can be sent to customers for further consideration.

4. As for the importer or wholesaler who wants to set up stable and durable cooperative relationship with us, our color folder of various mosaics could be sent for free. Yet clients are responsible for the courier fee.

5. If customized design rather than regular product is needed, we can create the computer rendering picture for users based on the supplied design in CAD files of the projects.

6. When customers finally decide to order our product after cautious consideration, we will send them a performa invoice with some information like item code, unit price, quantity, total amount, package, estimated delivery date, price term, payment term, bank information, etc. If the PI is approved, users need to sign it and send it back to us and then they have to pay the deposit recorded in the PI. Then we will arrange the production of the order as soon as the deposit arrives.

7. It generally takes 15 to 30 days to accomplish the production except for special cases. Moreover, container booking requires a week and delivery of product needs 15 to 30 days based on the shipping voyage. Therefore, it will spend 2 months on production and delivery of goods. If users are in urgent need of these products, it's recommended to purchase locally. We have sole agents in Italy, Germany, Chile, Trinidad and Tobago respectively so that it is convenient for local customers to buy products directly from them.

9. Global Bridge supports the payment terms like TT, LC, DP, OA and Western Union. As for customers who cooperate with us for the first time, they need to pay 30% deposit of the order amount through TT in advance and the remaining 70% should be balanced by TT before the loading of goods.

When the order amount is more than USD 20,000, the payment term of LC at sight is acceptable. If the order amount is less than USD 1000, all of the payment should be paid before production. Other payment terms like DP and OA could be offered at the premise of healthy and long term cooperative relationship.

10. The price term like FOB or CFR is available. At FOB price, customers will be informed of the delivery date a week after the beginning of the production. Then they can contact the shipping agent to arrange the shipment. As for CFR price, we will inform customers of the shipping line and the ocean freight a week in advance when the production is finished. Due to the fluctuation of the ocean freight, our quotation is based on the price term of FOB. After confirming the shipping line and delivery time, we will add the ocean freight to the total payment of the order.

11. After delivery, our sales representative will send the packing list and commercial invoice to customers for confirmation. Then these materials need to be sent back to us if approved. In addition, customers should inform us of the special requirements on the bill of lading immediately so that we can give the correct shipping information to the shipping agent. Otherwise, high amendment fee would be charged to revise the confirmed BL. Then all of the original documents of BL, commercial invoice, packing list, CO and others will be sent to customers by DHL according to the payment term.

12. When the ordered products arrive, please check the quantity and quality carefully. If there is any problem, please contact us immediately with the evidence of pictures. We will solve all the problems and make relevant compensation.

After-Sales Service
We commit to take responsibility of the quality of our product. Free replacement or compensation no more than the amount of the goods is available for the product with quality problems after arriving at customers or during use.

However, problems caused by inappropriate storage or operation are beyond our responsibility. To be mentioned specially, it is universal that color difference exists from batch to batch, which is not quality problem. If customers can't accept the color difference after receiving the goods, we will offer optimal solutions via friendly communication.
