1.Photoenergy storage luminous powder which mixed in the glass mosaic stores the light energy after beingirradiated by natural light, fluorescent lights, ultraviolet light, etc.

and then slowly releases it in the form of fluorescence after stopping the light irradiation, so it can still be seen the glow at night or in the dark. 

Generally, it can absorb light under sunlight or light for 5 to 10 minutes, convert the absorbed light energy and store it in the crystal lattice. 

In the dark, it can convert the stored energy into light energy and emit light, which can effectively continue to emit light (luminescence).

When the brightness is greater than 10 mcd/m2, then, it could be last for more than 3 hours, and the time for the luminous brightness to decay to the lower limit of human visual observation (0.32mcd/m2) can reach more than 8 hours. The chemical properties are stable, and the light absorption, light storage, and luminescence processes can be repeated.

2.Good high and low temperature resistance. The performance and luminescence stability can be maintained below 800℃, and the luminous effect will not be affected even at -60℃;

3.Excellent weather resistance and light resistance. The luminescent material has no change in luminescence performance after being exposed to a 300W high-pressuremercury lamp for 1,000 hours, and can be used at outdoor.

4 Preparations before Use:

Neutral mosaic adhesive, toothed scraper,barrel,water,cleaning cloth. The base surface must be firm and flat, dry and clean, free of oil, etc. Notes: Do not soak the water before the mosaic used. 

5 Construction:

1. Directly apply the well mixed sealant into the mosaic clearance with a scraper (or a trowel) in a mosaic diagonal direction, ensuring its flatness and fullness. 

2. Remove the excessive sealant in the clearance and the mosaic surface with a scraper (or trowel). 

3. In about 10 to 20 minutes, remove the residue on the mosaic surface with a water-moistened sponge in a circular manner

till sealant in the clearance is flat and no residue retains on the mosaic surface, ensuring no residual moisture, preventing

fading or discoloration. 

4. The product can be dry in 24 hours; before the thoroughly dry, try to maintain the mosaic surface and sealant surface

clean. After the sealant is cured, if any dirt is found, clean the mosaic surface with a 50℃ wet towel. 

5. Attention: During the filling, maintain the mosaic clearance dry free from dust otherwise the filling effect will be affected. When it’s used in a low-temperature area, the sealant can be sealed in a water-tight plastic bag and slightly warmed in warm

water before use. 

6 Other Matters:

Construction temperature 5℃ - 35℃. 

7 Maintenance:

Use a non-abrasive cloth and neutral detergents for cleaning. Avoid acid detergents, chemicals and solvents.
